8th GIMAC CSO–RECs Strategic Meeting: Advancing Gender-Transformative Water Governance

Civil society organisations, youth networks and Regional Economic Communities from across Africa adopted five recommendations on water governance and reparatory justice within the Africa Water Vision 2063 framework, calling on the African Union, RECs and Member States to codify WASH access as a human right and to protect water services in conflict-affected countries.
